Thank you for your interest in ALF Summer School 2021

No doubt, the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on all of us, especially the children who have been restricted to learning from home, away from their peers.  Assistance League of Flintridge has also had to shift gears and consider new ways to reach out and engage.  It hasn’t been easy but we remain committed to our long-standing service to the community. We regret that ALF Summer School 2020 was cancelled.  For 2021, we are planning a fun, in-person enrichment program for grades 1-6 on the campus of Paradise Canyon Elementary.  We will not be able to accommodate 7/8 grade students this year.

4-Week Enrichment Program

Monday, June 21 – Friday, July 16, 2021

As you know, guidelines for social gatherings are changing frequently and we will coordinate with La Cañada Unified School District to set safety protocols for students, staff and all campus areas.  Classes will be organized “camp-style” whereby 15-16 students will be grouped together and will remain together throughout the full morning.  There will be a variety of indoor and outdoor activities with classes similar to what have been offered in the past.  Assistance League of Flintridge summer programs are designed to be enriching, creative, and purely for the “joy of learning.”  We hope that your student will be able to join us this year.
